Zachary Gabriel

For decades now, Zachary Gabriel has strived to become a much needed voice in any and all creative spaces. Whether it's conceptualizing TV ads for a family friend's cupcake business or filling up notebooks with fiction, he felt from a very young age that there is always a story to be told. 

Zach studied at Georgia State University with a focus in Screenwriting. During that time, he wrote short films, features, and television pilots while overseeing the creation of his colleague's work.

Upon graduating, he went fully into freelance writing and production, including directing, editing, ghostwriting, and script doctoring. He soon found himself as the head video editor for Avant-Youth, a fresh, local news publication. There, he not only created video series for the company, but became one of their primary board members.

Shortly after leaving Avant-Youth, Zach had to work exclusively on Upwork due to his restrictions within quarantine. There he continued to help clients with their writing by editing and sending detailed notes about their work. He also crafted narratives based on his clients' specific requirements.

Soon, Zach found a position at Group Bayport, a company that manages a large range of brands. He began as a copywriter working exclusively on email and website banner content. However, he then was given the opportunity to take on more responsibilities, such as social media management, preparing for conventions, blog writing, working with design teams, writing live TV ads, and project coordination.

Zach gained a lot of experience from Group Bayport, and now that the company has dissolved its western content branch, he would like that to bring those experiences to new heights while continuing to fuel his desire to connect to his clients and audience with compelling storytelling.

​

Zach's longterm goal is to have a major role in the creative direction of a project, whether that be as a marketing manager or in the writer's room of a network television show.
